1. General Information

By accessing or using Referral Stack, you agree to abide by these Terms and any related policies, including our Privacy Policy. These documents form a binding legal framework for your use of Referral Stack. Outbox Labs Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

• You must not create multiple user accounts for deceptive or fraudulent purposes.
• You are responsible for providing and maintaining, at your own risk and expense, any hardware, software, and communication lines required to access and use Referral Stack.

3.1 Registration of the Account:To access and use the full functionality of Referral Stack, you are required to create a user account (the “Account”) on the Website. You are only allowed to have one Account unless expressly permitted otherwise in writing by Referral Stack.

4.4 Payment processing: All payments related to Referral Stack are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Any issues related to payment processing should be directed to the respective payment processor.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content:By uploading, submitting, or otherwise providing content (“Your Content”) through Referral Stack, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, distribute, modify, publicly display, and reproduce Your Content solely for the purposes of providing you with our services and pursuing our legitimate business interests.

5.2 Referral Stack’s Content:All content made available on Referral Stack (excluding Your Content) is owned by Referral Stack LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Neither Referral Stack LLC, nor its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, or licensors, make any warranty that Referral Stack will meet your requirements, or that it will be error-free, accurate, secure, or reliable. You agree to use Referral Stack at your own risk.

Under no circumstances shall Referral Stack LLC, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use Referral Stack.

7. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from using Referral Stack in any manner that:

8.2 Term and Termination:These Terms remain in force until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use Referral Stack and deleting your Account. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of Referral Stack and destroy any related materials. We may terminate or suspend your access to Referral Stack immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8.3 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
